Changes

 

We shook the cream in the jars and then looked very carefully at how it changed.

Once we had shaken the jar for a few minutes the little blobs of fat in the cream all stuck together to make a big greasy blob of butter leaving the buttermilk to slosh around it.  

Then we had a feast!! Yuuuum
